Called Trinity RV for leaking hydraulic jack on leveling system. Replaced hydraulic jack. Problem was hydraulic leveling system would not work. Trinity made 7 to 8 trips out to fix problem at their expense as original work was under warranty. Lippert tech service was lacking (were called on each trip out) as wrong controller sent first time, second controller was faulty. Third controller worked and system is working. Trinity RV went above and beyond what was required to solve this issue. Highly recommend Trinity RV for any repair service.

We were traveling on a 4 1/2 month trip in our RV and this was the only place in the area that would take us immediately and not make us get an appointment 3-4 weeks down the road. We toured the San Francisco Plantation House a few miles away in Garyville while the RV was being repaired. They did an efficient job and we were back on the road. We were happy to get the problem taken care of promptly and were happy with their service.
