Provided by YP.comI'd give them 0 star if the system allowed. All they care about is money. They are a group working together to get money out of you wallet. If one of them think you are not a 'money tree' he expected, you'll be kicked out right away.

Provided by YP.comMy college student had a wisdom tooth come through. Reston Dental Arts/ Dr. Little's billing person convinced me to have them all removed at once. She had contacted my dental and medical companies, garnered all the benefit approvals and worked it out in advance.
My portion was going to be $788, which made me cry, since I had 1 college student, 1 going the following year, 1 child in daycare and my husband was only working part-time, which I explained to the billing person. She told me it was a done deal and $788 would be all I would have to pay. It hurt a lot but I paid it with a credit card.
Months afterwards, my husband (not me the insurance holder) kept getting mail from "Fusion Dental", I opened a few and they were "come on in for a cleaning" type of mail. So I kept tossing them. Then one came that felt weighty and I opened it. Fusion was Reston Dental and they were charging my husband $2,000 for my daughter (not his and not the policy holder).
When I called to straighten it out. I was told it was just an estimate and the insurance was denied. I told her that there is no way that I would of committed $3,000 I didn't have to something that could of waited several more years. That would be downright stupid and financial suicide. I called my insurance, they never submitted pre-authorization paperwork. Now they want ME to cover their con job.
I thought Dr. Little did a good job but unfortunately, the dr runs the office and if lying to people is how they do business, you don't want to be associated with their business. I can't even give the office 1 star but 1 star is mandatory to submit.

Provided by YP.comI would recommend going to a different dental office. With so many other choices why visit an office thats operates as a assembly line rather than giving treating patients as individuals.
