Recently my car died and my key was stuck and could not turn in the ignition nor could it turn the engine over. I was flummoxed and frustrated. I called my insurance company's roadside repair service for help and was pleasantly surprised by the event I experienced.

GEICO promptly sent Mario from Majestic motors over to tow my car to my mechanic's place. Given my ignition not turning with my key in the lock and the prospect of mandatory towing and potential damage to my car's differential looming, Mario was a life saver.

He promptly assessed the situation and with obvious skill and pragmatic know-how he got my car's key to turn in the ignition and my car then started up and was running in no time.

Having several cars over the years needing towing, this experience was quite notable. I was incredibly impressed with Mario taking the time to work out what was the safest and best thing to do with my car at that time. He even advised me to change the ignition lock and keys when convenient. It was not just a "throw the chassis on the tow truck and haul it wherever".. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and work out the best thing to do for me and my car.

If you need a Mint Julep or Sweet Tea and biscuits and a clean chamois to wipe your engine chassis while you wait on your roadside help- This might not be the towing vendor you need!

However, if you want to have efficient, effective and pragmatic tow service, call them.

ome one hit my new 2010 honda accord this past fall. I took it to Majestic Motors and I do not have a bad thing to say about the service. I have had other cars fixed at other auto body shops, but they car never was fixed as well as at Majestic. My car looked like it did the day I drove it off the Honda lot. The also detailed it inside the car and in the trunk. It looked and smelled better than the day I bought it. I was soooo impressed.

GEICO dispatched Majestic Motors to tow my vehicle from Wakefield to Lowell after Stephen's Auto Body and Towing refused to tow my vehicle that distance. The tow truck driver was exceptional! I left my car at home since I had to get to work. The driver called me to alert me about traffic he was stuck in on 93 and said he would call me once at my house. Sure enough he called me to let me know that he was at my house, about to tow my car. Such a nice guy!
