Scheduled a taxi for early morning for flight to air port. Ater they didn't show a couple mins after the scheduled time, I called the number I originally called to verify a driver was on his way. The operator proceeded to tell me that my reservation was never made and asked me what number I called. I read back the number and he said that I did not make it with their company and I called the wrong company. I called the last number in my history and was 100% certain that tthis was in fact the place that I made the reservation. He then basically said that I was lying and/or didn't know what I was talking about. He said that he would send someone in 5 mins. After speaking with hotel front-desk they told me that they have not had good experiences with them in the past, so I called back to cancel. After he answered "taxi" I told him I would like to cancel - he then hung up on me with no confirmation of cancelation. The hotel staff then called Boston cab which was super quick, driver was very friendly and the cab fare was $15 cheaper than my cab fare to the hotel and $20 cheaper than the quoted price for the "cheap Logan airport cab."



If you want to get somewhere quick without hassle and reasonable fare - Boston Cab is a good bet!

dont ever call them, the cab was aweful, dirty and smelly, the driver was rude.

This is the best cab Company ever. Always on time and best drivers.
