Mr. & Mrs. Killen have a top notch, student-focused, holistic approach to education that is manifest in student's performance. My daughter attended ASA from K-4 through 1st grade, culminating in a class trip to the McWain Science Center & The U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL. The experience nurtured a lifetime affinity among the students and staff.

My daughter graduated from ASA's first grade program and entered the 2nd grade well prepared, having been exposed to academic standards that are on par with 3rd & 4th grade state standards. My daughter has maintained a 101.15% (out of 100%) in Math and 103.5% (out of 100%) in Language Arts, and a grade of 95.0% or higher in all other subjects, while in her current school.

Thank you ASA for your sincere dedication to the student, family, and community. My only regret is not knowing about ASA when my son was in Pre-K. He would truly be leaps and bounds ahead of his peers.
