The morning manager short lady African American is forever rude and lazy. She rather tell you they just had a meeting and can’t do something then for her to do her job!!!! I have never had a pleasant experience with her. Management is not for everyone, I’ve witnessed her telling a cashier not to call her from the back if a customer wants to load money on a card just tell them we not loading today. They just started loading cash app cards and I loaded mine today at store 00397, but this lady said she had just got out a meeting and Family dollar not loading cash app cards anymore, just not to do her job she would rather lie. It was only one other person in line. She never wants to do a card load service and she is tearing the new cashiers the same way. If you are not going to honor a service that you all advertise then why have it. She is a very very rude and nasty lady, she is not a representation of the Family Dollar. I really hate that I don’t know her name just she’s short and walks as if she has something going on with one of her legs and she’s rude and nasty.
