Years ago, families went to one lawyer for all their legal needs over the course of their lives. That lawyer was their counselor, confidante, and advisor. Now people frequently pick a lawyer at random from the Yellow Pages or whoever their neighbor happens to know and only use them once. I want to build relationships with clients so they can return any time and have that comfort level with knowing that I know them personally and understand the big picture of their lives.
