While we really liked Dr. Marshall and the nurse who assisted him, the billing process had been a nightmare. We set up a payment plan and paid it in full only to find out 6 months later that they had decided we owed more and never informed us. When we called to discuss it we were told by the manager that she went on maternity leave back in November and no one was able to access the information. We were also told that the amount we had paid was based off of an estimate, and the amount was subject to change--they just never told us it had. It doesn't matter how nice the doctor is if their billing department doesn't know what they're doing, but still expects you to make up for their mistakes.
