I haven't had problems with this store in the past, but when I recently used this store to purchase phone accessories for my new iPhone, I was pressured into buying the "newest and greatest" screen protector (nitro glass). They said I wouldn't have any problems with it, but three days after using it, I noticed it started peeling up. When I went back into the store to get it replaced they said I would have to pay $15 to get a new one. I told them I wouldn't pay $15 for a new one because I hadn't even had it for a week. So after calling the manager they said they would replace it for free. Now they didn't have it in stock so they said they would call me the next day when it came in. Well it's now been a week and no phone call. Don't go to this store if you want no pressure customer service!
