I am a VIP member, and can't recommend that highly enough! 1/2 off services and free haircuts for a year is a wonderful deal. While they are students performing services, I have not come away with a haircut or color that I was disappointed with. The staff and instructors and wonderful and ensure their students have a plan and understanding of what to do so you are not left with something you don't like. The only thing I don't enjoy is that it take so much time. Again, they are students and that is why, but 5-6 hours for a cut and color is very long.
