Very reliable and affordable. Our laptop was fixed quickly and worked great after. They text message updates which was really convenient. Its also close to campus and budget friendly, so a good recommendation for local college kids.

For the price and quality that you receive, PC Penguin is by far the best choice. They take care of your computer and really want to help. There is a flat fee for repairing the computer and additional costs if parts are needed and such.

After going to other computer help companies, the PC Penguin stood out with their customer service. I asked for an appointment and got a response about an hour later by text. My computer was picked up that very afternoon. One day later, they were finished with my computer and explained exactly what they did. They also explained the costs and what the money was going towards (parts, labor, etc.).
