These guys were quick, professional, courteous and their prices were excellent. I had my car's suspension lifted a little bit and the wheels aligned. I'm very satisfied.

Tri State Tire is under new ownership. Most reviews that are older than 1 year old can all come back to our stores and experience an entirely different feeling. Our promise as a company is good honest service that will take care of all families. Gives us a chance to prove that to you.

I took my car here to have a few different things done to it such as power steering pump replaced new axle and alignment done and took it back to them saying the car is making funny noises and that the alignment was off and they took it back and said they would fix it and gave it back to me saying that it was just air in the lines. After driving with the noise for I looked under the car and saw that the stableliser arm was not connected and had been rubbing on the axle for the last two months and they just deny that they touched it even though they replaced that axle which I know you have to undo to take the axle out. These guys are horrible. Go any where else but here!!!! Take your money and run!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I took my car here to get a new fuel pump and they "forgot" to seal the fuel line so when we went to fuel our car, all of the gas leaked straight onto the ground. When we went to have them fix their mistake they complained about the hours they would have to pay their worker to fix their mistake. We lost over 20 dollars in gas and they refused to compensate. I will never go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. You are better off going to a hole in the wall mechanic shop.

I think this is the WORST place to go, DON'T ever go there if you have another option. They have the worst customer service.



My tire went flat just a week after having them put brand new tires on and when I took it in to them they said that it was my fault and that I would have to pay for a new tire or they could try to fix the one that "I ruined" and they would put it back on.



They have the worst customer service and don't about helping people when THEY are the ones that messed up. I repeat DON'T go to this place to get service!!!
