I AM A DISABLED VETERAN ON PENSION. I HAD TO SELL MY CAR TO GET THE $2000 THAT WAS PAID BY ME TO EXTREME HEATING AND AC FOR COPPER LINES I WAS TOLD THAT WAS PERMEATTED WITH R-22 AND HAD TO BE REPLACED WHEN THEY REPLACED MY AC UNITS UNDER MY WARRANTY THAT PAID THEM TO REPLACE THE AC CONDENSOR UNITS AND THE EVAPORATOR COILS AND EVAPORATOR CASE. ANOTHER PART OF T OF THE $2000 WAS TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING UP TO CODE WHICH INCLUDED $150 EACH FOR (2) $18 FLOAT SWITCHES THAT TOOK 2 MINUTES EACH TO INSTALL. WAY OVERPRICED AND TO RECONNECT THE GAS AND FLUE PIPES THAT SHANE EIDSON OF EXREME HEATING AND AIR DISCONNECTED AS PART OF THE JOB OF WHICH I NOW HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO RECONNECT BOTH AS HE LEFT BOTH THE GAS AND PIPES DISCONNECTED AND THE FLUE PIPES DISCONNECTED. ALSO THEY DID NOT RECONNECT THE DUCT WORK AS PART OF THE $2000 FEE'S I PAID AS THEY WAS CONTRACTED TO DO. WHEN THEY SET THE NEW UNITS I PROVIDED BLOCKS, BRICKS AND 2 WHEELBARROW LOADS OF DIRT TO RAISE AND SUPPORT WIFE CHRISTIE EIDSON SOLD THE JOB AS NEEDING BOTH

HE THEN HACKED UP THE DOOR OF THE NEW GOODMAN BASEMENT. FURTHERMORE HE DID NOT USE RECOVERY EQUIPMENT ON REMOVAL OF MY OLD UNITS AND DID NOT EVACUATE THE AIR FROM THE LINES AND EVAPORATOR COIL, CLEAN OR BLOW THRU THE LINES TO CHECK FOR TRASH. IT WAS HOT AND HUMID THAT DAY AND HAD JUST RAINED, HE OPENED THE CONDENSOR UNIT VALVES RELEASING THE R-410 INTO THE SYSTEM NOW CONTAMINATED WITH AIR AND MOISTURE. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAYS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE UNITS. I TOLD SHANE NOT TO DO THIS BUT HE SAYS HE DOES "ALL OF HIS UNITS THIS WAY. HE WAS ONLY HERE 10 MINUTES TALKING ABOUT HOW HUMID IT WAS, HE CHOPPED MY WIFES HYDRANEA BUSH UP BECAUSE HE SAID HE WAS AFRAID OF TICKS AND CRITTER, BENT AND BROKE THE GROUND ROD NEXT TO THE AC UNIT. WAS 2 HOURS IN THE JOB TALKING ABOUT HOW SLEEPY HE WAS AND NEEDED A NAP, TOOK A NAP WHILE ON MY BASEMENT WORKBENCH. I TOOK HIS 2 BOYS HE BROUGHT WITH THEM TO GET WENDY'S TO EAT, AND YES I PAID, ONE SAID HE WAS SICK AND SLEPT IN THE

I am having a terrible problem with this company. They have been out to my house twice to fix my air conditioning and it still doesn't work! They promised to call the warranty company and get right back to me, when 5 days passed without hearing
from them, they lied and said I reported there was no problem and hung up on me. I called back from 3 different phones to try and get through, and the receptionist (who said she just got back from maternity leave) put me on hold each time and never came back on the line. What horrible customer service! I paid for a service call, paid for additional freon, and I still have water leaking from my condensation line in the attic through the ceiling and down the walls.

I called HSA Home Warranty because my AC was leaking and froze the line. It took 3 days for them to get here. The best window they could give me was from 8:00AM to 1:00 PM. I missed an entire day of work so the guy could show up later than scheduled. Could not get through to extreme heating and cooling because their voicemail box was full- bro baby with extremely irate customers.

We called HSA Home Warranty because one of our condensers stopped working and Extreme was dispatched. They added Freon. It stayed cold for a few weeks, now we are HOT again!. Called HSA and Extreme has been called back. I really hope to add a great report to this once they make their visit today. Stay Tuned!
