Please do not use this cleaners!!! I bought a brand new white shirt to be dry cleaned. When I came to pick it up, the shirt was WASHED and not dry cleaned. This was evident because it had a loud pink hue! I asked if they realized the shirt was pink and not white. The gentlemen stated he thought it was suppose to be that way and said just to come back in 3 days and they will try and fix it. It was evident the shirt had been washed with something that had a strong red or pink dye! I asked for the owner and he indicated she was not in, I requested her name and the phone number to the establishment. It was then he did not speak English, he stated he did not know the owners name (or his), and there was no phone number. They only have a ‘phone line for the credit card machine’. They did not give me a ticket for the 3 days and asked why was I upset. He indicated that I should not be upset until 3 days from now if they cannot get the pink stain out! So after admitting it was pink he said they would not be able to speak to me for 3 days! And YES I was charged again for their mistake.

Find another cleaners! They only speak English when they are getting your money however when you have a complaint they state they have no phone number or even know their names. I wonder if it is possible for them to read and put into practice all those ‘Daily Bread’ Christian books on the counter.

I took a delicate flowered dress that was to be dry cleaned only to a cleaners in Reynoldsburg, Ohio who name is
$1.99 Dry cleaners on Main Street and Brice Rd. The owners are FOREIGNERS.
The Foreign owners tore the layers on the flounce.I returned the dress on Tuesday after trying to wear the dress to a party Sun and found the layers of the dress were ripped
Foreign woman refused to speak in English. She did speak English and was trying to talk about me behind my back.
The woman admitted the dress was washed. She then tried to blame the fabric, the material was made. It was dry cleaned only, but she washed it. I picked up the dress on Saturday. She then refused to look up the invoice. She claimed falsely that she gave me some white receipt. Lies No foreign run business wanted.
