I was referred to speak to owner Frank by a mutual friend for a good deal, Explained in short terms what I needed and how much? I had spent weeks browsing for a good tire and was informed by 2 different tire companies to check reviews on tires offered. As I did, I found the tire that best suited my need. I explained this to Frank only to be judged, spoken to rudely, and refused any service!! "I'm not selling you any tires because you're the type that wouldn't be satisfied with ANY TIRE I sell you and would be back here in days complaining! How stupid is it to read reviews...who ever heard of that!" I politely hung up, realizing anyone who would speak to a paying customer in such a disgraceful manner didn't deserve my money AND I would never grace the door of that establishment! I was fortunate a different business representative sold me my tires at wholesale and I was treated with the utmost respect. I will be lifelong customer to THAT business and refer all my friends/family.
