I rent from USA 1 and I am pleased with how they leave me alone. I pay my bills and take care of property and they leave us alone. Love that! I have lived in thier rental for almost a year and they have talked to twice. One... My bathtubs in both bathrooms clogged, they got a plumber out that night and paid for bill cause it was normal build up and second... I called about the blinds were dirty and nasty and the move in paper said they was in working order. I knew I had to take them down and toss so I called Ginger at the office and she was so amazing. She got the handyman who was also amazing to come look at things and he had new blinds ( the real big vertical ones) installed the next day. I forgot, I talked one other time to them about my faucet leaking and they was there the next day and fixed it. I have had high water bills and electric bills though. Very high. but the company is always willing to help. I recommend them. Ginger, CJ ( maintenance man) and CJ's wife Karen to you.
