Eastside automotive has been simply wonderful to my family in the couple of years that we have lived in the Rhinelander community. All the men at the desk are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explain issues with your vehicle in a way that's simple to understand, even for a woman with very limited automotive knowledge, like myself. They have a comfortable waiting room where you can occupy yourself while your vehicle is being serviced, and they have free wifi for their customers. I have not had any issues with the work that the technicians have done on my four vehicles, and they also are honest about issues with my cars that don't need to be addressed quite yet; they inform you about what might be starting to wear out, and give you an estimate of how long it might last. They do not run up extra charges; in my book, they have an excellent reputation for integrity in their business. Recently, a technician forgot to reattach a small piece on my vehicle after an oil change, and they gave me a $25 gift card to Kwiktrip for my "trouble." That was way more than I expected along the lines of service recovery for a 10 minute delay in my day. Really impressive service!! Also, every fifth oil change is free.
