If I could give them negative stars I would.



Joe came out to our vacation place while we weren't there to inspect the pump, make sure all was right. We asked him to go back for a water sample. He reported to us, through his mother, that when he went back, there was no power.



A few days later I arrived. Power to everything but the pump, and a length of cut power chord on the floor.



I called the office and spoke to his mother, who is who answers the phone for him. She told me that he decided that he didn't feel like finishing the job so he left. His mother is easily the rudest person I've ever spoken to. She refused to let me talk to Joe, or tell me how to contact him. She was insulting and refused to answer basic questions.



So, now we're looking for a plumber to fix what Joe broke and abandoned.



Avoid Joe's like the plague. Absolute worst
