I completely agree with the other individual. Same thing happened to me. Shirt was printed without the letters outlined in black as per instructions and with the name MISSPELLED! Wanted ME to pay to have it reprinted. He (the owner) also told me to go to hell. Obviously, the customer is not important. I will not go back nor will I recommend them to anyone else. My employer used them as did groups I was involved with. No more!

I have a slam for a business in Rhinelander - 'Shirts and Signs Inc' between Kwik trip and Walgreens. I had the worst customer service, untimely product completion, and incorrect & UNFIXABLE order. I'm so mad!!! I dropped off two of my daughters sports sweatshirts to get her last name put on the back of them on Monday afternoon. I was told it would be done Tuesday. It was done Friday at the end of business day. I stopped Thursday, Friday, & today (Sat). It was costly - $20 for letters on the back - I think is a lot. Well I picked them up today and one is WRONG. I spent maybe $35 originally for this specialty sweatshirt. They couldn't follow my simple directions & the note from the girl who helped me was very clear of what I wanted. I went back inside when I realized it was wrong and asked it there was any way to remove the letters. He saw it was wrong even swore out of anger (so he knew it was wrong when he saw it). All he offered was adding more crap on it to hide their mistake and it would have looked worse. NEVER offered my money back & not really apologized. They were rude everyday that I stopped in. They lost a customer. I stopped there every year. NO MORE!! My daughter hasn't seen it yet so I don't know if she will even wear it. I hate poor customer service and corps that don't stand behind their work.
