Who returns a candle 2 weeks after it’s been used? I’d be embarrassed to return a candle that has been lit.

Ive been a customer at Ahtziri's party supply for a couple years I have also reffered many people up until today. I purchased a candle from them and it turns out it was defective so i wanted to return it the owner said they are always defective.when I arrived to store the daughter of the owner said she wouldnt return it cause it wasnt her problem if it worked or not.long story short they have bad customer service they don't know how to run a business, they sell products that don't work. Please go else where if you want a great experience and avoid a problem.
