Citrus Grove is a piece of S***!!! It all starts with the corporation as a whole. Including but not limited to, Corporate, the supervisor of the apartments Griselda! and all managers. They change managers like they change underwear, we have no sense of structure or normalcy, and every manager that comes in, your hoping and praying they will be the ones to help!! ha!! yeah right!! They f*** up your rent and refuse to change it back, draining your pockets. They don't help you with any issues you have, instead they all chose to ignore and then put the blame on you, after you've came to everyone you could, did everything they said, to no avail! They put families after families out with no guilt that these children have nowhere to go and they give you no time at all!!!!! This whole place is corrupted af!!! don't EVER EVER EVER move here, save yourself time, money, stress, and save your children an unknown future.. I literally feel like I've been living in twilight zone!! like in a whole other place...how many humans can be so inhumane??? all in one place smh!! sick! Sick f'n individuals! I hate Citrus Grove and so does everyone who lives here!! Also they are killing me saying "open now" these fools are here or (supposed) to be here 1-5 only!! and closed on Wednesdays! that is all!

Harassment is not the word a conspiracy to evict tenant's and everyone knows it but scared to speak up!!! Just terrible the management acts stupid to the harassment but constantly telling you don't allow things and people to get to you. They tell you who is complaint but won't help you with mediation. And the reasons why they do things are all corporate but when you contact corporate they know nothing about what's going on and after all the times they tell you come to us for anything when you do they can't help you and don't even try its amazing that a major corporation such as this never deals with the real nuisance but always manage to put the hard working families out!!! Don't ever rent here its just a waste of time energy and peace!!!!!!
