Never in my life have I received such poor service! My dad's auto renewal came in at double the price earlier this month, and when we called in to inquire about it the office worker that took his call was the most incompetent, and unprofessional person we've had the disgrace of speaking with! His answer to us was "I'm not sure why your insurance increased, but you can either pay for it or not." He not only seemed to have no care about my concern, but he also had no knowledge on a product he probably sells on a daily basis. The agent Tim called my father 2 days later, but we had already taken our business to another State Farm office. My advice to all reads is to save yourself a big headache, and possible some cash and avoid this office.
