Its a really nice place to live in, that's what I first thought before we signed the contract...I currently live in front of the pool and playground area, some kids almost broke my windows with a soccer ball, hit my mom while playing soccer, they almost ran me over with skate boards, there is no manager on campus, there is no control, kids on their bikes on the parking area when on the contract it says kids are not allowed in parking areas, my dad almost ran over a kid due to them not following the rules, the parents are no where to be seen. If you dont want to your windows broken I suggest looking somewhere else. There's is no control of nothing, the maintence man is only in the apartment complex in the mornings, the manager is never in her office and she doesn't live here. There's security only monday-friday from 10pm till around 5am...DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
