Never have we had such poor service. Delivery is extremely slow. The latest example: On Jan. 3rd we placed an online order. We were at 36%. By the 10th there was no delivery so we called to see when someone would be coming out. We told the customer service rep that we were at 8%. She said they'd be out by the beginning of the next week. We began turning off our water heater for most of the day and keeping our heat at 64 degrees. By the 13th there was still no delivery. We called again and were told "Maybe" they'd be out by Wednesday. We let them know that we were now below 5 percent and reminded them that the delivery was supposed to be 7 business days at the latest. They agreed to come out by the Tuesday for sure. Tuesday has now come and gone. No delivery. It is 5 degrees right now
