The best fresh smoked bbq I've had in WI or MN. Ribs were excellent, Brisket is delicious too. Big fan of the beans as well. Price is very fair for the quality. It's fresh smoked meat after all. Can fill up cheap with a couple of BBQ tacos, a sandwich, or a bowl if you don't want to throw down for one of the spendier platters.

Everything we ordered was really fresh & hot. The ribs are actually the best I've ever had. The brisket is moist & delicious. The corn bread muffins are moist and flavorful. On the down side, not enough staff & everyone there seemed to be 17 years old and not really sure what to do. My advice either higher some more experienced staff or at least have a supervisor on site to keep the staff motivated & on track.

The meat was cold, the only thing that was hot was the sweet potatoes and the fries. The chicken was raw near the bone. The brisket was tough and cold. That was a waste of money. I won't recommend anyone to go there. First and last time going there.
