I made a reservation for Saturday, August 27 about a month in advance using the gift certificate my husband and I had gotten for Christmas. Then I got a call from them a WEEK before my reservation and told me I had to reschedule for later in the season if I wanted a weekend because they double booked. But my gift certificate expires in October, so I rescheduled for Monday, August 29, which is our wedding anniversary. That day, I called around 3:30pm to let them know we'd be coming later in the evening because we were going kayaking and out for dinner but no one answered so I left a message. When we got home from kayaking around 6:45pm, I called again to see when we had to be to cabin by, but again no one answered. I tried calling 6 more times with no answer. So we just went home. We didn't know if there would be anyone there to let us in the cabin. I am just so irritated with the whole experience that we will not be rescheduling again. It's bad business to not answer your phone.
