I have shopped at Wal Mart in Rice Lake for years. Recently I've noticed they have cut back on the greeters who help people with carts & electric carts for the disabled. Many times I have come to the store and there are electric carts that customers haven't plugged in so you have to wait.When I worked for Wal Mart we used to have Managers for many departments and they, too, have been cut. It's very disappointing to see what Sam Walton was known for, Customer Service. I still shop there occassionaly, but the produce and deli at Marketplace Foods is hard to beat. They also have much better customer service.
