Been going here over ten years and love everyone there.. Dr Carl takes great care of my kitties and always has their best interest at heart.. would not go anywhere else! The staff is excellent too.. very thorough and helpful :)

I love this vet practice. The customer service is excellent and the care they give my dogs is exemplary. I think their pricing is very fair. It's a great place.

I recently moved to Richardson and my neighbor referred me here. I was very pleased with the quality of care for my dog. Nice to find a vet and staff that really care about their patients.

I really like this vet's practice. I have two dogs that seem to need care frequently. No matter how upset I am, the girls that answer the phone are always very patient and listen to my concerns with genuine care. I feel like my two dogs get the vet's full attention when I visit. The vet's seem to care as well. I do not feel rushed when I'm there. They follow up and make sure you have options to take care of your pet in an emergency when the office is closed.

Best vet you could ask for! Dr. Lorenz is a great vet and really cares about the animals and their owners! He has a lot of experience, and is good at explaining medical issues and offering treatment options. I really feel like I can trust him to give me good advice -- he is very conscientious and is gentle with my dogs and cats -- I cannot recommend him too highly!

Glad I found this vet. My cat isn't very happy leaving the house, but they did a great job with her. They were very patient with her. It made the visit go a lot easier for both of us. Thanks, Dr. Lorenz, we'll be back!

I've been going to this vet for 10 years, and just love it! I'm finally getting around to writing a review. They give great quality health care really care about my pets. They listen to me and then lay out my options and I pick the services I want. When I call with a question, they are always happy to help. If they don't have an answer right away, they call me back - often it's the doctor! My doctor doesn't even do that! Great vet & a very friendly staff, and the place is always clean, never smelly..

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are treated with respect and they are truly concerned for the well being of your pet.

This is a great place for pets. The doctors genuinely care about animals & people, and do their best to make your visit a pleasant experience. The staff calls me by name when I go in!
