Went in to get my phone fixed, both employees were very helpful, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour.. The price was affordable and the service is good... I will most certainly come back if I have phone problems.

Cellphones4sure is worth the drive no matter where you are coming from. Most cell phone repair places only really specialize in iphones. If you have a part that needs to be replaced on an Android device, call any of these places and they'll likely have to order it. One of the great things about Cellphones4sure is that they carry a backstock of the many parts and color variations thereof relating to all the devices they repair. This means that more often than not they'll already have what you need when you call.



The owner is very nice. I called ahead and got there a little before closing on Saturday. Unfortunately, my wife's phone was damaged again, and this time it was the glass and the display. I figured I'd be dropping it off and returning the next day. Instead, the owner offered to stay open and fix the phone for me so I could have it that day. It was a really kind, especially since the phone was completely unusable. All in all, my wife spent all of 2 hours with the phone broken before it was repaired. You won't find better customer service anywhere.

Worst repair experience ever! I went in to get my Ipad screen replaced because it was cracked. The main guy said it was going to take 4 hours so I left my ipad there and came back 4 hours later and it wasn't ready yet. I sat there for 20 mins then finally he gave me the ipad and the edges were all scratched up he said he had to scrape it to fit the screen then he said the power button doesn't work anymore that I was going to have to press the home button to turn it on now and when I need to turn it off I have to wait for it to turn off on its own ever time now. He gave me no discount for the broken power button. I didn't think that was a big deal because I hadn't registered it yet but that same day I noticed the battery drains rapidly now because it just sits there for 2 minutes until it turns off on its own. Then I noticed there was a small crack on the screen where the edge is and every day it got bigger then on day 3 it was up to half the screen. THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAS ME MAD I went back to the repair place and I told the guy about the edges, how everyday the crack has been getting bigger and right off the bat he started yelling at me he got up from behind the desk and came to me took the ipad and said 'There is no f#cking way that happened here!" 'I scrapped it!" "you talk to whoever had it and tell them because there is no freakin way I did that!" I was in shock I came in there all calmly and now I was honestly frightened I was just thinking what is going on? Is he on drugs? is he about to attack me? I was scared I just wanted to leave never mind whatever happened to the ipad this was TERRIBLE customer service.

We had a cracked screen our kid's iPod and we also could not see anything on it, went totally black. These guys replaced both at a reasonable cost. Now my kid is happy and I have a peace of mind. Will go back again to them if I need to, I am sure we will need them again soon.

I got my screen replaced ad it got cracked and was unfotunate to find the next day a small but troublesome bubble behind the lcd display that throughout the day got larger and larger. I researched and found that it was doe to the lack of glue used to place the screen on which could lead to the screen completely peeling offf. DONT DO IT BECAUSE ITS LESS EXPENSIVE, would have been better off buying another smae phone for the money they charged me.

The people are rude and the repair on my phone came unglued two hours after I paid for it and he didn't even try to fix it when I brought it back.
