Provided by YP.comWorst place to go to, poor customer service, everybody in there does not know what they're doing. I almost went to jail because they messed up my urine drug screen. the saying "you get what you pay for is true" HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL .
