When we discovered water in our ducts we were surprised. The system was only one year old. We called five companies, some were small, some large - most of them with very good reviews on social media. We requested senior technicians because our personal research on the internet indicated this was not a common problem. Truth is, none of the senior technicians or owners could figure it out but one - and that was Jim Richmond, owner of Jaric. Jim dug further into analyzing the problem than any of the others. The other companies threw out solutions that if we had followed, we would still have the problem. Jim really cared about our problem, and he was resolved to fix it. He checked things on our system that others didn't look at, and he called Trane engineers while at our home. What Jim discovered was that the coil was missing a metal plate that was supposed to have been factory installed. Jim and his crew professionally and expertly fixed our problem. We highly recommend Jaric.

Jaric installed a new AC unit just last week. I was very pleased with every aspect of their work. They showed up on time, explained to me what they would be doing, protected my hardwood floors, and finished ahead of schedule. I believe I got a great product and great service. Highly recommend.

We moved here in 1985, our A/C died and Mr. Jaric did an excellent job of repairing the old system. Years later Jaric installed our new A/C and it's been super ever since. They do an annual checkup, get it all set up, and we have great A/C through all the heat. They staff is very knowledgeable and curteous. We are happy customers.

Jaric is a family company of long standing that always shows up promptly, solves the problem, and for a reasonable price. They also stand behind their work.

We had Jimmy install a new system for us, which was much needed as the weather starting getting hotter. He did exactly what he said he would do, at the quoted price, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Now with the summer here the system works really well and we are happy -- and cool! Keith
