Very painful experience my eyes hurt for months after the examination not caring about patients pain level never visit again.

They were running about 45 minutes late. I was rushed through my appointment. I left with new contact and after a few hours realized I couldn't see anything. I had been given the wrong prescription. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, not to mention, unhelpful.



I've been to many eye doctors over the years and this was, by far, the worst.

I've used Dr Black for years and have always received exceptional, professional care.

The office staff is friendly. The wait time is acceptable , never more than 15-20 min.

It sucks big time. There is always a 30-45 minute delay since appointment time. They also gave me an appointment on wednesday for 2:30 pm when the clinic actually closes at 12 on wednesday.



When I called back and complained about me reaching there only to find it closed, they explained to me that actually it was closed because of the timings!



For a followup appointment, they ealier told me that it will be free, but after the appointment, they asked me to pay $29, because I was visiting after 6 months, whereas I was visiting after 5 months.



The doctor seems to be always in hurry, no apologies for long waiting time for no particular reason except oblivious to scheduling.



I would not recommend it to anyone.
