Had a hard time getting the 1.5% rebate. My agent ignored my calls. I had to speak to the owner of the Remax location and threaten to make a complaint to Texas real estate commission, FHA, etc. It took 2 months to get the money. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I would advise going instead with DFW REALTIES (offer 2% rebate) or VIP Realty Christie Schwitz who offers a 1.5 rebate.BEWARE or REMAX HINET in Richardson Dallas Plano Texas.







And if you aren't getting a rebate, then you might as well burn your money. Threre is no need for realtors now-a-days unless you are lazy. Now with the internet you can do all the work yourself, and your realtor only needs to put the sales offer in for you. Before the internet only realtors had access to house listings, but those days are over. So don't be dumb and ask them for at least half of the commission to be a rebate for you!
