Provided by YP.comBill the service manager is always helpful and honest, he is willing to talk to you on the phone, give you suggestions and walk you through things if you need help. So I know when I do bring my john deere in for service that he will be honest, he will do work that is necessary and charge me accordingly. That means a lot to me in this day and age.

Provided by YP.comRichardson Saw & Lawn Mower is anxious to sell, but not service products. Bought expensive lawnmower and had clutch cable break in first year of use. RS & LM declined to cover repair under 5 year warranty, stating that breakage was not covered under warranty. Avoid this dealer and use one that stands behind their products.
RSLM will warranty anything warrantable. Toro or the manufacture in question deny and approve warranties. Most cables are damaged in transport from customers folding the handles incorrectly. Also consumer warranties are different from commercial. RSLM will re-review a non warranty issue/claim if you contact us if not satisfied
