Worst customer service I ever experienced, from service to parts. I will never buy parts from them they charge a 10% restocking fee even if the item is still in the box never opened.

Toyota of Richardson does a good job of servicing Toyota vehicles. I have a Toyota Corolla with 145000 miles on it, and although it has only had to be serviced twice, Toyota of Richardson did a great job both times. My only complaint with them would be that they want to do service checks and tune-ups of your vehicle a bit too frequently.
