I visited the Richardson Sport Clips @ 700 Campbell Road on 8/26/09. When I arrived I signed in and there was no one else signed in on the sign in sheet. There was one customer waiting ahead of me. After waiting for more than 30 minutes a mother with two young boys came in and the manager took them ahead of me stating that they were previously signed in . As I stated earlier my name was the only one on the sign in sheet. The courteous thing to do would have been to let me know that there were others in front of me that I wasn't aware of rather than having me waste my time. It would have taken me nearly an hour to get my hair cut.You would have thought that the manager would have known better.
