Provided by YP.comI had very terrible experience over there. The doctor seemed nice but he didn't care about his patient at all. The nurses were lack of training and they need their patient to remind them what to do next. I paid the price for their mistakes all the time!

Provided by YP.comFor face value everything seems fine but twice I called before my appointment and left information so they could look up something for me and two days in a row I was told I would get a call back but it never happened.(I had asked them to call my insurance to see if I'm covered, they didn't do it even thought they said they would. Plus I was told I would only have to pay $75 if I wasn't) If you aren't even going to do what you say please just tell me the truth so I won't expect for a call back. Also it says to pay up front before the visit, well they never called me to pay so I didn't think anything of it. I honestly thought my insurance was already put through and that I was covered and would only have to pay my copay...well come to find out AFTER I had already seen the doctor, they said they had ran my insurance through and that it came back that I wasn't covered because of a pre-existing condition and that I would have to pay $120 for the doctor visit and then take it up with my insurance company! I wish they had told me all this before I had seen the doctor because then I would of just left!! Anyway I called my insurance company and they stated that they have no clue what they are talking about that I don't have any pre-existing illnesses that would cause me not to be covered, the insurance lady asked me to ask the office lady if she was going to send my report to my insurance company and she replied yes that it would be sent in. But I thought it had already been sent in and came back with a pre-existing condition? So which was it? Was it sent in already and came back with that info or had you not sent it in yet and are just using that excuse to make me pay now? Either way I feel like I have been scammed. It makes me upset because the doctor was a very nice man (he waived the fee from $120 to $75) but the way things were handled office wise makes me wary of ever coming back.
Fast forward to twenty days later and my claim still hasn't been submitted to the insurance company, I called my insurance and we got one of their personnel on the phone who knew nothing about it and told us the lady who takes care of claims is outside of the office. So once again my claim is their responsibility and I have to wait until they send it in before I can even know if I will get my money refunded back to me. I am totally disappointed with the service of this doctor's office.
