This company installed a new gas line in my back yard in Nov 2009. It cost 3291.00 and passed inspection. Now in Dec 2014 the gas company has found a leak in same line. Texas Plumbing says it passed inspection when put in and now1 yr warranty is up. No discounts of any kind were offered to dig up line and possibly put a new line in. Nothing happened in the grassy yard above the line in 5 yrs. However I was made aware that "they stopped using the materials that they put in my yard due to too many problems." The installer who came out was very friendly and likeable. He could not find the leak by digging up just each end of the line where the risers are and it appears the entire line will need to be dug up or suggested a new line just be put in was made. That determination cost me another 187.00 with my senior discount. I think paying 3,291.00 every 5 years for this is outrageous. I cannot recommend this company to anyone at this point.
