History

Established in 2006.

In 2006 attorneys Christopher Migliaccio and Gary Warren identified the two most common legal needs of Texas families: bankruptcy and divorce.  For years, Mr. Migliaccio has helped families who were struggling financially find a new start through bankruptcy. Forums on the Internet have created many myths about debt relief, perpetuated debt consolidation scams, and lured consumers into making their financial situations worse. Our goal at Warren & Migliaccio, LLP is to not only help our clients through the bankruptcy process, but educate them on how to lead a bright new financial future. On the divorce and child custody side of our Dallas law firm, Mr. Warren takes pride in knowing that his guidance has helped numerous Texas families find a fresh start. Texas divorce lawyers often only focus on the spouses and not the family as a whole. At Warren & Migliaccio, LLP we focus on the interests of everyone involved to achieve the least stressful resolution possible.

Meet the Business Owner

Dallas, TX attorney Christopher Migliaccio is the lead attorney of our bankruptcy division. Chris has seen the damage that misinformation can do to a client who needs bankruptcy help. His bankruptcy team works diligently to save our clients from the false details found on bankruptcy forums, deceptive actions of credit relief agencies, and harassment from debt collectors. A graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Chris also holds a B.A. in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University and has practiced tax law as well. He holds licenses with the Supreme Court of Texas, U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Northern Texas, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Migliaccio is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Consumer Attorneys, Dallas Bar Association, and the Collin County Bar Association.
