Provided by YPmobileMost brides think of their wedding day as the best day of their lives but I had the worst experience due to my grave mistake in choosing this venue. The staff was helping themselves to food and drinks instead of tending to the needs of guests. They poured the wrong drinks into the wrong glasses leaving the bar beverages short and the guests confused (orange juice into wine glasses...doesn't make any sense!) They didn't pass out dessert to the guests as promised but instead it appears employees took them home. Materials left at the venue to be picked up the next day as agreed upon with management were "broken" and thrown in the trash according to staff members when they were not broken when we left the evening before. It appears liquor was stolen as well. Glasses, water and clean linens were not provided so we had to pay for our own despite the price of the venue. Utensils were not put out for guests until a wedding guests asked the staff to place them out. Guests were rudely kicked out of venue (including children fallen asleep on chairs) hours before the payed for end of our event. I talked to dean the owner about this the next day and he and his wife denied most off these things and claimed they didn't have money to refund us. That's interesting because we met them at their other business a restaurant and paid them 8000 I guess that vanished into thin air? I also noticed they had decorated their restaurant with my wedding flowers. The icing on the cake to their horrible service. The nerve to have caused such emotional turmoil with their horrible service and then take the flowers we paid for without our permission. These people are crooks . I highly recommend you choose another venue.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst and most unprofessional venue ever. I had my wedding reception here last year and it was a total mess. They didn't provide water or glasses. We bought a bunch of food for guests and the staff there took all the leftovers home even though we told them to save it. Their bartenders stole our liquor and was seen by our guests. The large flower pot in front of the venue was broken on our wedding day. Our guests were calling us during our photoshoot because things were going wrong. We paid for extra time but they started to kick the guests out by 11 pm when we clearly paid for more time. You purchase the hall for almost $10,000 and all you're getting is the building and tables and chairs, everything else you have to get on your own. This is one of those type of businesses that hire cheap help and do as least possible. I would NOT recommend this venue to anyone for anything.

Provided by YPmobileDo not ever think about doing your event here. I had my engagement party here the end of January of this year. The manager and the employees are all so disrespectful. The place is over priced and they don't even supply you with anything, not even water. The morning of my event my brother in law and sister in law went to the banquet hall to see how things were looking and one of the vases on the table was broken and water was leaking every where and my sister in law mentioned the vase to her and the employee said "well we only have a couple more in the back" and my sister in law said "can u tell me exactly how many u have in the back" and the employee replied "you can go f**king check." Also a couple of the table clothes was dirty and my brother in law kindly asked the employee to change it and the employee told him "the table clothes are in the back, and so is the iron, do it yourself." The employee was not professional at all, her clothes had holes in it and her child was with her. None of the employees help set up anything, all they did was bring the tables out and that's pretty much it. It's just insane to think that these employees are speaking to their customers like this, and Latifa (the manager) isn't doing crap about it. And when you tell her she denies any of it, why would I lie about something like that, my family has had 2 events there before me, and I was a returning customer. And to finish it all off, I had a couple of gifts that I forgot under the table, and I called the banquet hall the day after my event and told Latifa and she said "I have them in my office for you" I went the next day to go pick them up and the bags were ripped and my gifts were missing, Latifa said "this is how I got the bags" will for one, if your employee gave you an empty bag that was ripped shouldn't you, as a manager, know that your employees stole it. And Latifa tried to blame it on the guest at my event saying that they stole it, will Latifa wouldn't you think that after my event while your employees were cleaning the space, that if they saw a bag that was ripped up and empty that they would have thrown it away and thought it was trash, and not have taken it to you. This place has zero customer service and all their employees barley speak English and are most likely immigrants. There absolutely no way to get in contact with the owner of the banquet hall, all emails and phone numbers lead to Latifa. So if you don't want to be disrespected, cussed out, ripped off and have your stuff stolen. I highly recommend that you DO NOT have your event here.

Provided by YP.comValentines Day this 2010 was amazing. I had a great time at Zituna Banquet Hall, a very impressive place. I've heard so many wonderful things about this Banquet Hall. I had to see for myself. I was stunned. Its a very fancy detailed place, and the food was exquisite. Farah the singer of the night was great, he flew all the way from California to attend this event. Which made the night even perfect. Im getting married December 2010. I would love to have my reception at Zituna Banquet Hall.

Provided by YP.comDuring the course of this weekend I had an opportunity to serve as a Master of Ceremony for a very dear friend's (Ravinder "Robby" Deol) wedding reception on Saturday, November 28th. It was an auspicious occasion that required the utmost attention and care to details. The event wouldn’t have been as successful if it wasn’t for the service of all your dedicated employees. The event coordinator, Nadia, especially put forth a notable effort.
First of all if it wasn’t for her we would have started the evening off late. Not only did she help getting everyone’s attention she assisted in corralling the guests before the crucial introductions of the wedding party. Furthermore, she graciously handled all requests personally whether someone needed jumper cables, additional silverware, serve/cut the wedding cake, even a first aid kit – just to name a few! Her overall demeanor was extremely professional and pleasant. Based on her service our guests received – Zituna definitely is a list topper for all future occasions.
Thank you for your time and consideration…
