About a year and a half ago I went to the city offices and got all the papers necessary to get 15 acres of county property annexed into the city. I studied all the papers, wrote the letters required, and finallly submitted all my paper work to the city. I might say it was a lot of effort and study to get everything correct.



My request for annexation was denied and I was quite discouraged and so I talked to a member of the city council, Charles Billingsley. He offered to guide me through the process, tell me which meetings to attend and submit all the paper work for me.



The process of annexation is more detailed and complicated than I had supposed at first but everything was finally completed and submitted. I am very satisfied with how things tuned out. Charles Billingsley did everything he said he would do and I would recommend his services to anyone. He did a great job!
