It took over a one year to build a home with Miracle Homes. I was told by the owner Jackie that it would be done in 5 months. I was lie to. The reason why is because they only use there subcontractor. The subcontractor that will give the cheapest price. Miracle Homes will not hire more subcontractors because they don't care about you as a customer and just care about there money and only want the cheapest subcontractors they can find. Do not let there cheap price fool you. May sure you can have in the contract that if there is a dispute you can take the owners to public court and not the home builder association. If the owner Jackie deny this find a different builder. This is a big red flag because they know how many errors they make building.

Jackie is a very rude person all she cares about is her money and not you as a customer. Call any attorney in the yellow pages that deals with home builders and they will tell you how they already had lawsuit against them. They only been in business because they look for one and done customers and not referrals.

It took over a 1 year to build a home. The owner Jackie will tell you every excuse up when the real reason is because they will not hire other subcontractors. They only want to work with the cheapest contractors possible so they can make the most money regardless when the customer needs to move in. I had a very bad building experience. I had to pay an extra 2k more then the contract because of a mistake they made and the owner Jackie said “I need to make money on this”. So is that the customer’s fault that I should pay for the mistake. This builder can’t be trusted.

If you read this find another builder before you sign the contract. They hide a lot of cost inside the builder contract that the sales people will not tell you about. If a mistake happen the owners Jackie and Tom will not take ownership of the mistake and make excuses up so they don't have to pay for there mistakes. When it comes to business don't let the fool you that this is a christian company because they will not do the right thing. Customer Service is bad. Took 11 months to build very bad experience. This was a builder horror story for me

The slowest home builder ever. Took over 10 months to build a home when other builders can build a home in 5 to 6 months. You will hear them tell you it’s in the contract or give other excuses. You will not feel that you are in charge of building your home. They will blame the sub contractors and not take the blame for themselves. If you hear what other builder say about Miracle Homes, it’s true.
