Mid-Cities Air Conditioning has been providing us with excellent service over several years. We used this company for our home in Keller and more recently at our new home in Colleyville. Any questions regarding the problem and service/repair solution were answered by the technician in a thorough and clear manner. Each time we have been very pleased with the timeliness and quality of their work. We gladly recommend Mid-Cities AC.

Nick came out to our house on Saturday. He provided a detailed explanation and did a great job. Will definitely call them again.

Mid-Cities came out on 6/20/2017 and serviced our air conditioning system. We are very pleased with the courteous and prompt service. The tech was very informative and answered all of our questions. He not only explained what needed to be done, but took the time to show us. The price was reasonable because we purchased the Comfort Club Agreement for $138.00 Mid-Cities will be out in the fall to check and service our heating system as well.We are very satisfied customers! This was my third time using Mid-Cities Air Conditioning over the last 5 years and this most recent visit was as good as the first. Everything about the entire process was easy and honestly, a pleasure, as it all went exactly as they advised it would, when I first called. Nick, the service tech, was on time, professional and quite knowledgeable, providing valuable insight and advice during the process. I certainly will have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again in the future, nor would I hesitate in recommending them to others. A+++

This company is awesome!!!!!! They came out within a couple hours of my initial call and had a diagnosis within an hour. Everything was explained very well from what the issue was and the cost to fix it. The lady in the office was very polite and helpful. The technician Nick was very knowledgeable and got right to work solving my issue. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Mid-Cities will work with you on scheduling and they keep the equipment in excellent condition. I have a small window of time for scheduling to get equipment checked or repaired and they will work with your schedule and they are there when scheduled or let you know if the timing is going to change.

Mid cities AC and heat has the best custormer service. They are always on time and call before they get to your house. They take the time to explain what is going on with your unit and what needs to be done. This is the first time with mid cities and would refer them to any one that thens work on their unit. There prices seem very reasonable. Will call the again.

I was having issues with my blower motor, the relay for the blower motor and a clogged drain. Over a few weeks I had appointments with Nick and Daniel. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Mid-cities has been one of the best customer service experiences that i have had. They even went the extra mile to find out if my A/C unit was under warrantee to save me some roughly $600. If you're having any HVAC issues, give them a call!

Very pleased overall; quick response time. Nick was able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs in a very short amount of time.

If you want honesty and exceptional service, this is the company. No high pressure, everything explaind fully before work is started, you get what you are expecting....... work crew is courteous and efficient. They leave no mess, disturb nothing and even offered to paint a small scratch that happened during installation. Followup was just as good.... the system after being installed was checked for spring/summer at no cost.

When I needed them, they were there, when they said they would be. This is a company that lives their stated values.

I received better service than I ever expected when my air went out on a hot Saturday afternoon in July. It would have been a miserable weekend without such wonderful employees at this company. I had hoped that I could find somone to come out on short notice, but didn't think it would be running cold air in four hours from when I called. I will call them the next time I have a problem with my air conditioning. They are very professional and care about getting the job done. Even the tech that came out told me about what a great company it is. That really said something to me.
