So the druggie ex office manager that the out of state owners hired was stealing cash, money orders and checks from myself and other residents. She was also putting that we were behind charging extra late fees that apparently were never credited to account either they went in her pocket. I paid amount to break my lease after several incidents of water literally leaking through my wall from next door, as well as many other problems which I was always told would be addressed but never were. I was never allowed to obtain the owners contact info. This ex office manager ran off with everyone's $ and is being criminally investigated for doing so. I am aware of other residents who also went through this. Apparently,my apartment was used after I moved out; not only did the manager file eviction on me to cover her ass, but also placed fraudulent damage and cleaning fees from after I had already left and she let god knows who in there. I moved with the understanding from her that paying one month rent I could break my lease with no problem because of all the problems with the place. I was even told she spoke with the owners regarding it. I also had a dog that I was charged a 350 deposit for and never received back so I assume that was stolen and never reported in the books either. I have left numerous messages for the owners and am never called back. I have even disputed it and still no response on their part. I have a fraudulent 3,071 dollar mark and eviction on my credit because owners decided to allow a drug using office manager steal from their residents and make false info in the books as well as in court. The office manager allowed drugs to be sold in the apartments and even watched to make sure they never had a problem with police or anyone else. So this company essentially stole thousands from me,had made no attempt to rectify the situation or even respond to me in regards to the issue.Worst nightmare ever and now I'm affected financially because of their mess up
