Provided by YP.comI was referred to Tom's as a 'front end' shop that's been in business for a long time and with a good reputation. if you are in the area, you know what the construction is like and it's been taking a toll on both of our vehicles. after taking both vehicles to Tom's for different services, I can say that I am comfortable with everything I have seen and experienced.
on my visits, both of the gentlemen I've dealt with have been courteous and fair and easy to deal with when there were questions.
I see no reason to have any concerns about taking our vehicles back there and I can honestly say that I would refer others there as well... as I have my own sister with regard to her brakes.

Provided by YP.comWOW! Tom's does NOT guarantee their work. That's right. NO WARRANTY. PERIOD. Beware of these guys. If you pay them to work on your vehicle, do not just drop it off for them to work on. Stay and make sure they do what they are charging you for. I had a pretty reliable referral to this shop, too.
I just had a 4-month-old Pirelli tire ruined because of an alignment issue, which Tom's supposedly did three and a half months ago. When I called, they informed me that they do not offer any warranties. Really? Yes, unfortunately this is another expensive lesson for me, but it doesn't have to be for YOU! Take my advice, and steer clear of Tom's "Break-it & Misalignment."
