In particular, Hank is exceptionally proficient in installing and programming Crestron systems, which most installers struggle to implement. Consequently, I employed Hank to redesign and install new equipment and wiring to replace a competitor’s dysfunctional system in my out-of-state home. In addition to his competence, Hank has a refreshing attitude of imagination and willingness. He is not defensible when he makes a mistake, which he quickly and competently corrects.
