I had filed for bankruptcy twice and Higgins and Associates could not do anything for me but charge me more funny and would not talk to my mortgage company.the mortgage company said they could not do anything it was a vicious circle. I have been working 3 jobs and still not earning enough money to pay my rent,my bankruptcy,my bills, and the lawyer. My home was up for foreclosure on December 2nd.
