Bought my first riding lawn mower, which broke down after 1 month and they could not fix it. After several weeks of going back and forth in trying to come up with a solution, they offered a different lawn mower for an extra $100. So, thinking that there is no way they would screw me over twice, I went for it. I used the lawn mower once and it kept on stalling on me (carburator issue). Being really sick of dealing with them, I asked somebody else to fix it. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
