I have used Gene'Gene's Sameday Service multiple times for a range of things and have gotten nothing but excellent service! I highly recommend using them! And as they say, Sameday Service! :-)

The guys they sent were 2 hrs late and did not have the correct tools or even a piece of pipe to fix problem. They had to run to town to get a 3 ft piece of pipe and charged me for the hour they were gone. Then they used my tools to fix leak. Then to top it all off they charged me a service call when the lady i talked to said that if i used them there would be no service fee. After calling them and explaining this to them they said a refund check was on the way for the service charge. 2 months later still no rebate check.

I hired this company to repair my air conditioner and was quoted a price over the phone. When I received my credit card bid I was shocked to see that they more than doubled the original amount! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I am in the middle of trying to get part of my money back with the credit card company.. BIG HASSLE and I ended up having to call another company to finish and fix the job!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

The guys that worked in my home were very nice, polite gentlemen. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to do the job. They sent the master plumber to work on my heating problem. He was constantly on the phone talking to someone to tell him what to check next. To make a long story short The part he put in the furnace he said was $100 &n thermostat was $25. My bill 4 1/2 hours later was $498. you figure it out, I was paying for all the time he spent not know ing what to do and a hour he left to get the thermostat. I called the company to get itemized bill because all he put on my receipt was pts and labor $498. Now we know that itemized receipt is going to be different because she called me a liar & said I was making up things because I couldn't afford the bill. It takes less time than that to install a whole new furnace.. I'm giving one star because i have to.
