Missouri Ozarks Community Action, also known s MOCA, is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of services for the residents of Camden, Crawford, Gasconade, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Phelps and Pulaski counties in Missouri. The organization provides housing, transportation and educational opportunities for low-income individuals and families. It offers case management and emergency services. Missouri Ozarks Community Action supports the Head Start program, which provides medical, dental, psychological and educational services for children between the ages of 3 and 5. Missouri Ozarks Community Action s housing department administers several rental assistance programs. In addition, the organization maintains the Weatherization Assistance Program.
